Know this, my dear brothers and sisters: everyone should be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger for anger does not accomplish the righteousness of God.


Order:

Listen and be mindful before expressing anything.


Reality:

I'm in angry mode, blame and underestimate myself. I don't think I'm as good as others.

In terms of health, my body is not very strong.


Direction:

Take a refreshing shower. Let go of all negative feelings.
